Shipping Damage

Every brooch will be carefully packed before shipping.

However, because ceramic is fragile, accidental damage may occasionally occur during international transportation.

If your brooch arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the package.

the shipping package
the protective packaging inside

This will allow me to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
