This shop has wonderful customer service! I had an issue with my ring because it was missing a gem. I reached out to the shop and they immediately told me that they will send a new one, which they did. The ring is beautiful, and has not turned my finger green nor have I had any other issues. I am grateful for the shop's kindness and helpful resolution, and I definitely recommend that if you are looking for an affordable ring or other products, this shop is is a good option :)
